Carole arrives at the mic with a rare and powerful lens.
Following a second stroke in 2019, she now lives with retrograde amnesia and no conscious access to her past. Stripped of biography and familiar reference points, she had to choose who she was and how she would show up. She still does.
That ongoing reality reshaped how she understands identity and leadership: not as something inherited, but as something clarified and acted upon in the present.
