You are invited
Here is your invitation to
show up fully as yourself and take your place without waiting for permission.
Taking your place isn’t only about where you show up in the world. It is also about taking your place in your own life.
Taking your place doesn’t require somebody else to give up theirs.

Why HER•E?
HER•E
interrupts
the
waiting.
Waiting to feel ready. Waiting to be chosen. Waiting to be invited. Waiting for somebody else to give you permission.
The HER•E Declaration
Three statements. Ten words.
I AM HER.
Identity
I AM HER•E.
Position
I TAKE MY PLACE.
Permission
10 words. One declaration. Thousands of voices. Add yours.
From one woman to another
HER•E begins now.
HER•E is personal. It was born from Carole Pyke’s lived experience.
After her second stroke in 2019, retrograde amnesia left Carole with no conscious access to the memories of the life she lived before it. She lost access to her past. She did not lose who she is.
Her experience sits at the heart of HER•E: identity is not dependent on remembering who you were; position begins with recognising where you are now; and permission to take your place does not have to come from somebody else.
You do not need every memory, every answer or a collection of receipts from your past before you can be who you are and take your place now.
You are enough.
You can only get THER•E from HER•E.
THER•E contains HER•E. Whatever THER•E represents, whether it’s the next room, opportunity, decision, chapter, possibility or destination, you can only start from HER•E.
This is not reinvention. It is recognition.

HER•E IS INFLUENCE
When a woman takes her place, her presence becomes evidence.
Influence is not a title, a platform or a follower count. It is what happens when how you take your place affects what somebody else can see, imagine or believe is possible.
Another woman sees her. A girl sees her. What they see can expand what they imagine for themselves.

10/10
WORLD HER•E DAY
Ten words. Tenth day. Tenth month.
World HER•E Day creates an annual moment to take your place and add your voice to the Declaration.
10/10 also carries the idea of a perfect score—not because perfection is the goal, but as a reminder that you do not need to become more, achieve more or prove more before you can take your place.
You are already HER•E.
Add your voice
HER•E begins with a declaration, but it does not end there. Whether you make it for yourself, add the voices of your group or organisation, or invite the HER•E Conversation into your room, there is a place for you.
Individual voice
Your voice matters.
Make the HER•E Declaration and share what I AM HER. I AM HER•E. I TAKE MY PLACE. means in your life.
Say it to yourself, share it with others or record your declaration. However you express it, your voice becomes part of thousands of women and girls choosing to stop shrinking, stop waiting and take their place.
Group or organisation
Add your collective voices to the HER•E Declaration.
Invite the people in your workplace, school, university, network, community or group to make the Declaration individually or together.
Show what becomes possible when people are encouraged to recognise who they are, bring all of who they are into where they are and take their place while leaving space for others.
Bring HER•E into your room
Invite Carole Pyke to bring the HER•E Conversation into your workplace, school, university, network, community or event.
Through keynote speaking, facilitated conversations and participative experiences, Carole opens an exploration of identity, position and permission.
Each HER•E Conversation is shaped around the people in the room and the possibilities you want to open up.
